I’m Zinal. Welcome to my website.I’m a medicine aspirant-turned-graphic designer-UX designer. I studied my Bachelors in Design - Visual Communication from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Malaysia.

At university I learnt Design Principles, Digital Imaging, Illustrations amongst a variety of other courses. My interest in Interaction Design piqued after I spent a semester abroad in London, where my class visited a product design agency that worked to analyse user patterns on digital platforms. I am passionate about human centric design that solves for the problems of the user.

My process involves putting myself in the user’s shoes to ensure empathetic design. I worked as a Experience and Interface Designer at AirAsia RedTix, a live events ticketing platform for 1.5 years, working on both the customer and CMS sites. Post that I worked at The Honest Illustrations a design studio as a UX Designer. I’m currently looking for full time opportunities in a UX design role.
